National Football League or NFL is one of the top 4 leagues in the United States. It is the highest professional level of American football in the world. It consists of 32 teams divided into two conferences, the National Football Conference (NFC) and the American Football Conference (AFC).
The regular season of NFL consists of 16 weeks in which each team plays 16 games and starts from early September to late December. After the regular season, six teams from each conference advance to playoffs and the champions of NFC and AFC conferences play against each other in the Super Bowl which is held each year on the first Sunday in February.
